Most of the time we worry about things that have not even happened yet and most likely never will. This month’s Note #13 is all about managing your worries. In a world where our thoughts control how we feel, often, we need to sit back and remind ourselves, we do not need unnecessary worrying in our lives. Unnecessary worrying is an unproductive habit that will never amount to anything positive. We should be having a good look at the big picture — how bad is it really?
