MARCH’SNOTE

This month’s ‘Note’ #11 is all about ‘Resilience’, a useful life skill to develop. We are not born resilient – you need to put the actions and thoughts into place so you are able to develop it. But once you bring this practice into your life you will find being resilient will most definitely help you adapt to manage any situation.
